What’s the difference between the 30- and 60-minute services?
Both options include a consultation, scalp analysis, exfoliation, and targeted serums or massage. The 60-minute Head Spa sessions allow for deeper work: more thorough exfoliation, extended massage, optional boosters, and additional integration steps for a more immersive, results-focused experience.

Do you wash or style my hair?
Our Head Spa services are primarily scalp-focused treatments. While we do not offer hair cutting or coloring, blowout and light styling services are available as optional add-on enhancements.
Guests should still arrive with clean, dry hair, ideally free of heavy styling products, dry shampoo, or oils, to ensure the best scalp treatment results. Any blowout or styling is performed after the Head Spa portion of the service.

How often should I book a Head Spa treatment?
For most guests, we recommend starting with a Head Spa session every 2–4 weeks, then transitioning to maintenance appointments as your scalp concerns improve. Your provider will suggest a schedule and at-home care plan tailored to your scalp and hair goals.

Is Head Spa safe for sensitive scalps?
Yes, we perform a consultation and scalp analysis at the beginning of every session and can adjust pressure, products, and techniques for sensitive or reactive scalps. Rebalance Scalp Therapy in particular is designed with comfort, soothing botanicals, and microbiome support in mind.

What does a blowout or blowout & heat style include?
Blowout enhancements are optional add-ons that can be added to your Head Spa service for a polished finish.
